Questions about this project
Can a foreigner buy this villa?
Yes. Trawaya structures foreign purchases through a PT PMA company or a notarised long-term leasehold, prepared by a licensed Indonesian notary (notaris/PPAT). Nominee arrangements are never used — Indonesian courts have voided them.
Is the projected yield guaranteed?
No. It is an estimated range, not a forecast and not a guarantee. The lower end assumes occupancy 10 points below the modelled case. What you actually earn depends on the unit, the price you pay, the season and how the property is run — and rental income and property values can fall as well as rise.
How are payments structured?
Off-plan purchases are paid against verifiable construction milestones, not up front. Ask us for the current payment schedule on WhatsApp.
